My pc runs off of Hdmi to a RCA surround sound system to my pc.

To clarify are you looking for a second monitor as a side by side extended desktop? like having 2 tv's as 1 huge monitor Or. 2 monitors. 1 is the tv, and the second you switch to as a normal monitor to sit down at like a normal computer and do you want the sourround sound on both screens in the second case?
