hahahaha no if he took it he just bought one of your ego set ups for 300 dollars, is it that guy who used it at the impact clinic?
If someone that you barley knew, Needed to borrow a marker, for a extended time would you ask for collateral.
Not just a marker, an entire set up
Say its a 600+ buck set up.
Would asking 300 bucks for collateral be fair?
Conditions:
When marker is returned to owner in same condition when lent out
the 300 in full is returned
Person can take it home, practice with it, walk around the house and play with it, even make a video shooting pop cans with it.
Any Comments or something that you dont understand, post up!

for how long? personally i would say " **** you go buy your own gun " if i barely knew him
yea collateral is a good idea but usually in a collateral transaction the collateral given\extended is usually work more than the loan. Hope it works out alright for ya buddy and keep em up and firen!!!
well im trying to help a homefry out.
And yea hunter i mean should be more then what im loaning out, but its more to just cover potential damages that could happen, Snap a reg, drop a tank, step on a rotor.

tell him to buy an ego5, vlocity, and a steel tank.. problem solved. he can get that for 300
make em give 300$ and ya do w.e but also make him sign a "contract" just incase **** gets intense and goes to court that way u have something to prove instead of words
yeah written contract is the best solution
Mr. two
The problem with that is he is a minor so I would need a parent to sign the contract
for some odd reason he thinks I'm making him pay to use the set up. In all reality I'm covering my *** and letting him play ball with a decent unfailing set up.

then hes just an idiot and probably doesnt deserve to use it

then explain to em bro thats all u can really do and u met his mom make her sign it and explain it to her for her to explain to him... just say "its incase you steal my ****, when i get my stuff back u get ur cash back"
sounds like a reasonable deal - though you'd probabally be best off going directly through his mom, imo. regardless, gj for trying to help out a new guy.
Travis, How can i put this nicely
Ahh Hellz no.
And ive tried to get the guy to talk to his mom and have her Understand where im coming from,
I know an adult would understand alot more then a 13 YO

My name is Balls as you can clearly see to my left.
did that funny kid jack your ego? or are you just thinking of lending it the future, the intention of my first post was the point of collateral being that he should be giving you something of equal or greater value...

And like i said, the kid is 13. im willing to adapt and not be to demanding.
And Signing the contract would be a way to NOT get my stuff Stolen
And i know your name is Travis, just like you know my real name :P

Don't lend it to that Matthew kid. I know you want to help him out, but why risk creating extra hassles for yourself. Next thing you know something won't work. And if he can't comprehend what collateral is then you shouldn't be getting into it with him.
