leaking

my 2k4 alias is leaking between the lpr and hpr beside the guage, is my cupseal worn or do i need a new oring somewhere,

sounds like an o ring problem

is it leaking from where the front block goes into thr body? becuase then you need to take the grip frame off, take out the screw holding the front block in, and replace/lube the orings on the part of the front block that goes into the body.

ok ok, yeah thats where its leaking from, so thats probably the problem, so dow 55 it? or just straight up replace em. one of them is probably broken anyways right?

look closely at them, if they are shredded it will leak, and you will have to replace them. but if they look fine, just use dow 55 and it should stop the leak.

so itll be a relatively cheap fix , u know cuz 2 dollars is kinda steeeeeep.

lol... im not sure how much those particular orings are if they need replacing... but i do know that dow isnt cheap. you probably have some though.

it turned out to be one of the hoses. we just cut the end off and put it back on

for future reference im pretty sure those are just tank orings that go on the front block

my bud got a complete oring kit for 10 bucks so im good now
