Sounds a little fishey then, however if he's willing to meet at PAG then your friend can shoot the gat, If it works or only needs a little work, I'd say go for it he's getting a great deal. There could be a noid problem or the eyes could be an issue, Make sure he checks the eyes, Turn it on air it up without paint it should not fire, then put a hopper on it fill with paint and if it fires the eyes work. Hope it works out for your friend. P.S. if he brings it on a team night there will be enough timmi users that can help him figure out if there is a problem with it or not.
