    what do those little grey or green boxes mean under our posts.
    and howcome dale has like 20 of them lol

    Reputation points. The longer you are on the site and the more posts you contribute the better score. Useful posts. If you ever noticed the little scale in the top right corner of your window peopel can click on it and vote positive or negative on your post. If people think your horrible. you get negative points. if you are useful. You get positive points. I was testing reputation points on Dale and just havn't reset it, but its been so long no point in resetting it now lol.

    you can hover your mouse over any image and after 1 sec it will bring up a description.
