big c02 tanks

Do you have to rent the big air tanks for fields and stores, or can you buy them? and if so where could i buy them.

i think u can rent them for a certain amount of time from stores like bumper to bumper or other parts stores that carry the canisters and if u have the fill staion ur set or you could buy them and jsut get them refilled when u run out

im pretty sure you need a lisence to operate them, or have possesion of them,
