You aren't very specific. At PAG you can use either semi-auto or ramping. For trigger adjustment consult your manual, and for rate of fire you can either have it uncapped or cap it somewhere around 15 bps.

Just regular ramp, that way you can set the rate of fire to whatever you want. You can use PSP ramp if you want to, however I recommend you read in your manual what PSP ramp is. It is for a specific type of tournament where the fire mode is I think 13 bps or something like that. Basically PSP ramp has a set rate of fire cap already. If anything for PAG, you should just be using semi-auto.
