    Hdro dates for tanks

I need to confirm some information and what I 'm finding on the net is not helping.

All steel cylinders have 5 year hydro and no dead date.

Fiber wrapped (composite ) cylinders before 2003 have a 3 year hydro cycle and those after Jan 2003 have a 5 year cycle.

All fiber cylinders expire after 15 years.

Do you have to have a professional change out the reg on a fiber tank?
If I have a crossfire fiber tank dated Mar 05 it would need a hydro next march?

Thanks for your input. In a sport that cost as much as paintball I would think that the more people you have playing keeping cost down would be welcomed. Retards like me keep Fields like PAG in business. I hope that the rest of the paintball elite aren't as welcoming as you.

Thats just some guy with a fake account who is wrecking everyones posts he will be banned asap. for hydro, it is usually 5 years from the date on the tank.

Ex 10^09 = tenth month of 2009, and that would mean it needs to be rehydro'd 5 years from the date on the tank, so in the 10th month of 2014

yes your tank needs rehydro in march.
