hydro date?

okay i just found an old tank of mine, and dont know how to read the hydro date exactly...

it says 6^05 ree:15

i believe thats the date. so when does or did it have to be re hydro'd

well i think its every 5 years or 3 years for a fiber wrap and 7 or somethin for steely so if it were 5 years tht would mean June of 2010
