    ??phantom qustions??

well i went to rec night and had a blast. so ive been thinking about getting a phantom but i have a few questions. the one i want is Phantom (Stock Class, Vertical Air, 45 Grip) acid wash and clear parts (pump, feed block, feed cap).

first is horizon a good place to get stuff from?
whats this air adapter w/gauge (on back)?
whats a good lookin color for it?
how long will each 12g cartrige last?

Horizon great, good color is one you like, guage is a different valve set up called a bobbed gauged valve (means shorter with gauge on it is all) looks kinda thing, and 12gs depending on your springing 30-40 shots, 30 solid ones usually.

    wat does bead blasted do

    Gives a "dust" finish.

*Edit* The gauged valve CCI sells *is not* bobbed.

If you don't have one by next pump night, I can lend you my spare phantom (it doesn't have an undercocking kit, so you may like using it).

Glad you had a good time AJ! Sorry I didn't chat with you more, and sorry I didn't get there in time to introduce you to people

I guess you found them on your own, and probably already know how accomodating the people in the pump club are! Welcome btw!

*Paul has a nice silver phantom for sale for a good price, maybe you would like it. I can also sell you a stock class body for it, but it is black.*

Don't blame you there! I would too! But if you don't have one in time, you are welcome to borrow mine for the night. What color do you think you will go with? I think a neon green acid wash would look sick!

I thought you didn't like the 12 grams AJ.

my vote would be for some light brown/baby blue wash

Horizon did switch owners quite recently so they still might be getting it back up and going. So an order could take a bit longer then usual. A 45 VSC with acid wash and clear parts should cost you roughly $380 from there, and I got mine shipped to me from Horizon in 1 day after they received it from CCI.

as for league, it may be difficult to get on a team, but there are often nights that teams are short handed, so keep an eye out for that.

There are still monthly rec nights that are for everyone to come out and play pump, not just for league.
