    Try Firewatch Inc. in Leduc. (780) 986-2782

    I know they do it. I think it's like $25

    i think a strap wrench would do it. But i'll probably take mine to pag or something (if pag has time) Kinda dangerous to do it yourself i think. even if you have access to the proper tools.

    All tanks have a 5/8 national fine threaded fitting. Best to remove reg befor taking it in, reduces any chance of damaging it. DO NOT heat the tank were the threads and reg screw together, too much heat will damage the tank, fibre-glasss/carbon fibre do burn. Any discoloration and the company can refuse to re-test due to damages.
    Firewatch in Laduc does a fine job, very happy with thier work. If your tank is only a 3000# you could try Joey @ Ordo's Fire Supply on the Southside, if you are not in a hurry, sometimes he's realy busy.

    So heres the deal ..

    I have to take my tank to my boss and run the #'s to make sure it meets DOT exceptions ..

    Also I was told aqua Tek only does the VISUAL not an actual HYDRO test ..
    and for some reason this is acceptiable :{

    Looks like our price will be the same or LOWER!

    We remove and replace the Reg.

    So I will find out all the details on monday depending on the Boss

    Also hopeing to work with PAG on this for a drop off/ pick up arangement.

    I'll keep ya posted

    Don, I could grab your tank on the Nov long weekend and take your reg off at home and bring it back to you when I go back to Vermilion. Takes 2 secs when you set up for it.

    Which tank are you talking about anyway? 45/4500??
    I'm back!
