Race to Rules, when time expires what happens?

In Race to games, if time expires before the flag is hung what happens? Does the game start over or do the determine the winner some other way?

Typically the clock is long enough to allow at least one team to score at least one point before ending. If not it would either end in a tie, worst game ever at 0-0, or follow whatever tie breaking rules apply.
