I recently bought an invert mini and found that sometimes with the eyes on I pull the trigger and it wont shoot - but theres a ball in the chamber! Is it possibly because the paint I was using had black on it? I heard this can 'confuse' some eyes.

Try cleaning the eyes, change the battery maybe, see if those help.
the black on the balls should affect your eyes cuz its just a break beam sensor
Had to get the board replaced, but now it's as good as new. Except the eyes don't work or something
