Starting a new team

I am looking at starting up a new team. I am looking for 30+ year old players to play local tournaments. Looking for a relaxed attitude with a desire to compete at various events. We will not have regular practices but will most likely just play the tournaments and see how it goes.

Must haves:

Own working gear
good attitude
sportsmanship
have been able to vote for at least the last eleven years

Looking to form up for Rookie division.
